The Client understands and accepts that by purchasing items from the online boutique via the Ecomuseum Zoo website, the Client is entitled to the items selected and paid for. 2. The Client understands and accepts that the prices of the items are set on the Ecomuseum Zoo website. 3. The Client understands and accepts that the purchase price is payable in Canadian currency CAD$. 4. The Client understands and accepts that the invoice and receipt are sent to the email address provided by the Client. 5. When purchasing online, the Customer will choose the method of collection he wishes, either delivery or pick-up, as defined in the shipping and return policy. 6. COVID-19. The Customer agrees that when picking up the item at the Zoo, for the previous 14 days, the individual(s) in charge of the pickup will not present any COVID-19 symptoms, including but not limited to: Fever, Cough, Difficulty breathing, Loss of smell with or without nasal congestion and any other symptoms established by Health Canada. The Client understands and agrees that any person admitting to or presenting any COVID-19 symptoms will be asked to leave immediately and will not, at that specific time, receive the items purchased. 7. The Client agrees that he and his dependents will respect all of the Ecomuseum Zoo COVID-19 guidelines, standards and regulations. 8. The Client understands and accepts that, in the event of non-compliance with any instructions, standards and regulations, the Ecomuseum Zoo may, at its discretion, require the offending client(s) to leave the Ecomuseum Zoo property. 9. The Client cannot hold the Ecomuseum Zoo responsible and exonerates the Ecomuseum Zoo from any loss, theft or breakage of the Client's property. 10. The Client agrees to indemnify and exonerate the Ecomuseum Zoo from any and all liability related to bodily, material or moral damages and injuries suffered by the Ecomuseum Zoo, its officers, employees, servants, agents, guests, animal collections, visitors or tenants as a result of the fault, negligence or omission of the Client or any of its dependents. The Ecomuseum Zoo may repair such damages at the Client's expense. 11. The Client undertakes to indemnify and exonerate the Ecomuseum Zoo from all liability related to bodily, material or moral damages and injuries suffered by the Client or its dependents as a result of the fault, negligence or omission of the Client or any of its dependents. 12. Force majeure. Neither party may be considered in default in the performance of their obligations if such performance is delayed, withheld or prevented as a result of force majeure. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, any fortuitous event, fire, riot, pandemic, ice storm, intervention by civil or military authorities, compliance with regulations or orders of any governmental authorities. 13. The Client has read, understands and agrees to the attached Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping and Returns Policy. 14. The Client is fully satisfied with the terms and conditions of this contract and affirms that it has had the opportunity, if it so desired, to negotiate the terms and conditions. 15. The law applicable to this contract is the law of the Province of Quebec.
